Hello, hello! I’m up on the Jane’s Doodles blog today and I have a fun “appreciate you” card to share!
I used Copic markers to color the stamped images, and masking tape to create the scene of the frog perched on the turtle’s back. The frog is from the stamp set called Smile, the turtle is from the Belated Birthday set and the sentiment is from the recently released Outdoors stamp set.
Once colored, I hand cut the stacked animals and grass portion of the stamped images and popped them up with foam tape adhesive. Then I used a stitched rectangle die to cut out the ink blended background panel and layered that over a piece of coordinating green card stock.
I stamped the sentiment from the Outdoors stamp set and matched it all up with some cute patterned paper by Lawn Fawn.
I just arrived home today after a 3 day cross country road trip, to the arrival of some new stamps in the mail! Pumpkin Spice and Hello Fall! I can’t wait to show you what I create with them!
