Spellbinders October CSoM Club Kit Card

Hey, hello! I have a card to share today showcasing the October Clear Stamp of the Month Club Kit – Sentiments. It’s going to be a suuuuper useful and handy set to reach for often, with 3 large sentiment stamps – Sending, For and You, to pair up with 21 different secondary sentiments! As well, there is a Clear Stamp and Coordinating Die of the Month Club kit, starting this month, and it’s a hit because it’s already sold out. However, the stamp set on it’s own is still available.

If you’re thinking this card looks a little familiar, you’re not wrong. I used the sweet, SWEET birdie stamps from the September Clear Stamp of the Month Club kit to accompany the sentiment on this card. You last saw those here.

I began this card by lightly ink blending the blue sky and clouds with the MFT Stamps Cloud Stencil. I trimmed it slightly smaller than A2 size on each side and matted it with a coordinating blue cardstock card panel. Then I stamped the greeting with Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat set with clear embossing powder.

Next I stamped the birds, leaves and flower images from the A Little Birdie Told Me from the September CSofM stamp set, onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and die cut them before coloring them with Copic markers. I die cut the tree branches with the Sweet Birds on a Branch die set and colored with Copic markers on that as well.

Once everything was colored up, I positioned the birds on the branch to look like they’re having a conversation, adhered them down and Bob’s your uncle! Simple and sweet!

Thanks so much for stopping by again today! If you’re interested in a whole selection (and growing) of monthly club kit options, check out the Spellbinders subscription page here. They can be bundled for extra savings and many of them coordinate with each other. Have a wonderful day!
