If you remember, I mentioned a few posts back, that I visited Houston recently and went to the Houston International Quilt Festival. I took 100’s of photos of amazing pieces of art and craft, and chose this one for our Inspiration Challenge on the Altenew Card Blog this month.
Besides the beautiful colors, I loved the stitch lines running down the length of the petals and it drew me to use the Altenew Adore You Stamp set to create my card.
I stamped and heat embossed on watercolor paper, die cut the circle in the center and used Altenew Watercolor Brush Markers to color only the center portion of the stamped images.
I popped the center portion up with dimensional foam adhesive and finished the card with a few coordinating enamel dots.
