I’m combining a couple of products from Spellbinders on this card, but the main one I want to highlight is the May Clear Stamp of the Month Club – Borders and Sentiments.
I created this card by splashing some watercolor paint onto a piece of watercolor cardstock cut to A2 size. When it dried, I pounced it with my anti-static powder bag and then stamped the largest sentiment in the Sentiments stamps set using Versamark embossing ink.
I heat set with Silver embossing powder, then added some die cut dimensional details to frame the embossed sentiment.
I used dies from the Ferns and Ivy dies set and the Sweet Peas dies set from the Susan’s Spring Flora Collection to create the floral arrangement on the corner. I die cut all of the pieces from watercolor cardstock, then painted them with several layers of colors, letting them dry between applications, then creased and rolled the die cuts to give them dimension and shape.
