I started off by stamping the recently released Charming Floral Border stamp onto Neenah cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloring the image with Copic markers.

Copic colors: R37, R35, R32 / R89, R85, R83, R81, RV10, R30 / G29, G28, G43, G40 / BG78, BG75, BG72, BG70 / YR14, YR12, YR21

Next, I used the Mini Slimline Stitched Scallop Rectangle dies to create the frame for this card. That wonderful smooth peach to pink color gradient is one of the papers in the Celebrate Paper Pad. Once I knew where the frame would be positioned, I stamped a sentiment from the same Charming Floral Border stamp set, then I popped up the frame with some dimensional foam adhesive.

For my second card, I used the Shaker Hearts Dies to die cut from a bright coral colored textured cardstock. I love that the dies have stitch lines on both sides of the cutting line so that both negative and positive cuts get the stitched treatment!

I stamped the floral image stamp from the Flower Garden stamp set onto watercolor paper with Versamark ink and heat set with clear embossing powder. Then I smooshed Pinkfresh inks onto a watercolor palette and added water to provide me with puddles of paint. I painted the stamped watercolor panel with Bubblegum, Raspberry Bliss, Passion Fruit, Apricot, Clementine, Olive and Evergreen inks, and set it aside to dry. Then I used the heart opening to determine which part of the painted panel I liked best and wanted to feature behind the heart.

I stamped a sentiment onto vellum paper, heat set with white embossing powder, and tucked it underneath the edges of the pink cardstock. Then I die cut the “thanks” with the recently released Scripted Greetings die set, cutting additional layers of white cardstock to stack behind the shadow die cuts. I trimmed the sides of the pink panel and added more dimensional foam tape behind it before adhering everything to a folded card base. I finished the card with some coordinating enamel dots.

For my last project, I used the Foldable Shaker Tags die set to create two gift tags. I also used the Poinsettia stamp set to stamp the florals on the background of the tags.

I die cut the tags from heavy weight Neenah cardstock and lightly marked the inside where the window would reveal whatever I stamped behind. I stamped the poinsettia images and colored them with Copic markers in the same colors as listed for the 1st card above. Then I stamped the greetings on the front of the tags and finally, ombre ink-blended the tag fronts to help the window openings to stand out.

I used narrow strips of foam tape to secure the window shapes and added small grit glitter and microbeads before closing up the shaker element. I trimmed the tags out with a jute and black/white baker’s twine combo. I think these are the most darling tag dies and look forward to make more for other occasions!
