Hello, hi! I’m up on the Jane’s Doodles blog today with something a little different, but cute and fun! Jane’s Doodles recently released their Christmas/Winter stamp sets, (pictured below) and I used the Gingerbread set to create a cute little garland.

Warm and Cozy. Remember these guys? The “au natural” version, without seasonal adornments, was released in the summer, but I love the winter version even more!

I stamped 3 each of the gingerbread girl and boy and one house, which I colored with watercolor pencils and painted with a water brush.

I strung the felt balls on a string with a long needle, then adhered each stamped, colored and fussy cut image in between the felt balls and tied the garland to a frosty evergreen bough. It’s such a jolly little decoration on my Northern Home studio door and makes me want to bake and decorate some real cookies!
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
