I’m playing with some of the new ink colors for today’s card, as well as some of the products sent to me for past releases that I have not yet had a chance to use! I’ve combined the Vintage Roses Mini Add-On stamp set on the card panel background, with the Garden Picks 3D die set for the flower bouquet.
The layered stamped images on the background are stamped with Silver Lake and Iceberg inks, then I sponged ink onto white card stock to color the paper for the die cut flower pieces. I used Grey Denim and Charcoal Suit for the leaves and Eastern Sky, Ultramarine and Azurite from the new Lapis Lazuli set for the flowers.
I adhered the stamped background onto a card base made from some Real Gray card stock, then added the floral layers onto that, with a strand of silver embroidery floss tucked in and under the flower layers. The sentiment is from the Vintage Roses Add-On stamp set and is stamped with Charcoal Suit ink.
