I combined the two stencils in the Ornament Builder Stencil Set, ink-blending the ornament shapes, then adding details with Simon Says Stamp Glitter Gel.

I chose 6 different shades of blue-green Distress inks from Ranger to ink-blend the assorted ornaments, including Broken China, Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon, Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio.

I added the details to a few of the ornaments using each of the stencils and some Simon Says Stamp Glitz Glitter Gels, including Surf, Perfection and Citrine. The gel dries very quickly, so I was able to move from one ornament to the next with worry of smearing, leaving only a few minutes between stenciling each one.

I then went back and added all the gold trim at the top of each ornament. I stamped and gold heat embossed a sentiment from the Simon exclusive XL Christmas Greetings stamp set from the previous SSS release.

To complete the card, I used a needle and gold glitter embroidery thread to poke a hole at the top of each ornament trim piece, and add the ornament strings, securely taping the thread on the back side. I added a strip of gold glitter adhesive-back ribbon and adhered the panel to a folded card base.
