Hi, hello!
I’m back again today with a couple of cards showcasing the recently released Oh Ship! stamp set from Jane’s Doodles! I love the cute and simple images of the boats and their matching sassy sentiments!
I went with a “nautical” red, white and blue color scheme, stamped and heat embossed the outlines onto Strathmore Bristol Smooth card stock and colored with real brush markers. I also used the Free As A Bird stamp set to create the clouds.
I was delighted to find an anchor embossing folder (Kaisercraft) in my stash and knew that HAD to be a supporting element to the designs! After coloring the images, I die cut them using stitched dies from Lawn Fawn and mounted them onto coordinating colored card stock. I used the Emmitt alphabet dies from Die-Namics to cut the word AHOY.
