This lovely kit release includes, 5 large outline stamp sets, and coordinating stencils, embossing folder and dies.
I selected two of the images to use on my card, stamping them above and below an imaginary diagonal strip.
To emphasize both the blooms and leaves as well as the layer of flourishes below, I decided to do a partial coloring technique, so I used the matching stencils with Buttercream, Sunkissed, Blush, and Frayed Leaf Crisp Dye inks to create a base layer of color and left the outer edges of the designs uncolored.
You might be wondering about the coloring pencils in the photos. We got to try some prototype products and these were one of them. Hopefully they will be released in the near future because they are fun to work with. I used them to add the color shading on all the blooms and leaves. Of course any kind of coloring pencils will do the same thing, but it’s a super quick way to color images when you start with a base so easily done with stencils.
I used the Sentiment Strips stamp set to stamp the greeting on a piece of scrap watercolored paper in my stash. I backed it with a slightly larger strip of green cardstock and adhered it across the front of the card panel. I added some black enamel dots because I felt guilty about how easily this card was finished, lol!
