Jane’s Doodles Blog Hop

Jane’s Doodles is releasing 3 new stamp sets today and to celebrate we’re doing a blog hop to showcase the new sets and there are prizes! The first card I’m sharing today was created with a mix of the Happy Camper Stamp set and the Outdoors stamp set. The combination of camper, tents, trees, mountains and wildlife critters really checks all the cute boxes for me!

I stamped on masking paper to create the scene with it’s layers and depth, and colored the stamped images with Kuretake Zig and Arteza real brush markers.

Next up is a cute and simple card using a moose image and the mountains from the Outdoors stamp set. As I sit here I’m thinking of other puny sentiments like “moosing you” and “bear hugs”, that could be created with an alphabet stamp set like this one.

I die cut the stamped and colored image with the Die-Namics Pierced Rectangles dies and paired that up with two coordinating patterned papers die cut with a Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders die.

The last card I made uses repeat stamping of three of the patterned stamps from the Patterns Stamp set, stamped on kraft card stock and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then I stamped and colored a mini-vignette of tree and mountains to accompany the “Say YES to new adventures” sentiment. I die cut the sentiment with a mini stitched circle die and inlaid it into the die cut card panel. The stamped and colored images are fussy cut by hand and then popped up with foam tape.
