Hello, hi! I’m up on the Altenew blog today with these two cards and wanted to share them here as well. I used the recently released Pen Sketched Flowers stamp and die sets to create these cards and used some simple techniques to achieve some big results!
The first card involves a background that is stamped on watercolor paper, with an all-over design (Pattern Play Diamond Stamp Set) and watercolored to match the painted flowers and a sentiment from the Sentiment Strips Stamp set.
For both cards, all of the stamping is done on watercolor paper with clear embossing ink and heat set with white embossing powder before being painted with the Altenew Watercolor Paint Pans and then die cut.
The second card combines stamped, heat embossed, painted and die cut designs from the Pen Sketched Flowers stamp and die set, with the Nesting Labels dies and a polka-dot embossing folder.
Both cards are completed with matching enamel dots from Altenew.
