If these two cards seem somewhat familiar, it’s because you’ve already seen them on the Altenew Card Blog where I shared them in the blog hop kick off post! I won’t repeat all the details here, but if you have any questions that aren’t answered in the Altenew post, please leave them here and I’ll be sure to answer them!

Basically, my two cards consist of stamping a part of the Paint-A-Flower bouquet on the corner(s) of an A2 sized card panel, painting them up with the Altenew Watercolor paint sets (I generally use both the 24 and 36 together) and adding a foggy background with the leftover paint mixes deepened with a little black.

I used one of the sentiments included in the Clematis Josephine set for this card, stamping on vellum with embossing ink and heat setting with black embossing powder.

The greeting on my second card is a combination of “happy” from the PAF Spider Mums stamp set and the “birthday” from the Birthday Builder stamp set.

Some subtle enamel dots or clear raindrop embellishments complete these cards!
