Project Kit Contents:

– one 6″ x 8″ clear stamp set containing 24 stamps made in the USA from high-quality photopolymer

– four coordinating dies

– one simple coloring and layering stencil which coordinates with the stamp set

– one 6×6 3D embossing folder

– one simple coloring stencil set (3 stencils) which coordinates with the embossing folder

Note: These products are NOT sold separately.

I love the soft and subtle layers you can create by starting with an embossed white cardstock card base, then adding the colored details on top of that.

I inked the outlines of the blooms and leaves in Black Permanent ink, then stamped the layers of color with all the variations possible with the Altenew ink families, and chose two flowers stamped with the Tea Party and Red Cosmos color families to use on this card.

I used the Tranquility ink set to stamp the leaves and give them a sweet, vintage look. When it came to positioning the flowers, I laid each one over top of the identical flower on the embossed card panel, and tucked the same leaves under the petals in the same positions.

I stamped a sentiment from the Lush Garden stamp set onto grey cardstock and heat set with white embossing powder before trimming to a small strip and adhering with some Altenew foam tape for a bit of dimension. The whole card is fairly simple and straightforward for one that appears to be much more involved to create!
