Time for another Altenew post and stamp set feature! Today I’m sharing these cards on the Altenew blog and you can check out more photos, how-to details and the colors of inks I used over there.
I began by stamping the adorable and newly released Dainty Swiss Dots background stamp onto white card stock, ink blending 3 different colors over top, and die cutting the words with the Fine Alphabet dies.
I also stamped an assortment of the smaller blooms and leaves from the Adore You stamp set, leaving them uncolored and just cutting them out, then adding them to three of the cards.
In the case of the 4th card, I stamped the blooms and leaves randomly over a card front and added a matted die cut rectangle word panel on top.
In each case I made a point of using both the positive and negative cut outs of the alphabet letters and the Dainty Swiss Dots colored card panels.
