Here is the card I made with it. I would have liked to pursue all the ideas I had for this set, but since our daughter’s wedding last week I’ve been playing catch-up in several other areas of my life and those ideas will have to wait for a little bit. 😉
I love the airy, graceful look that can be achieved by stamping and heat embossing with white powder on a white background and letting the paint color inside and outside the lines define the shapes and edges. I used one of my favorite color palettes for this floral color scheme; it’s tried and true and I’m still not tired of it!
I paired the stamped and painted design with some text patterned paper, a narrow strip of green polka dotted paper and some bow-tied baker’s twine. This stamp set has 4 sweet sentiments that I already know will get a lot of use!
Thank you to Simon Says Stamp for inviting me to join the party and thank YOU for stopping by today!
