The Mini Delight for this month is this sweet little paintbox that comes with two different sentiments, a stamp for filling in the circles with colors of ink, and a die to cut out the paintbox.
Of course I sorted the paint colors in the box in rainbow order! I painted in the top row first, then for the bottom row of paint circles, I dragged the paint color out of the box and down the watercolor card panel. Like happiness in color form, flowing down!
Once the paint was dry, I glued appropriately colored sequins of different shapes and sizes from my stash, onto the flowing paint to add some zhuzh. Some sparkle. Some “je ne sais quoi”. Then I trimmed the panel slightly smaller than A2 card size and matted it with a piece of rainbow striped patterned paper and adhered everything to a card base.
